For this exercise the Sudarium as well as the Shroud have been inverted in such a way that the reader may appreciate correctly the side in which the head was leaning.

If the Sudarium is placed vertically to the Shroud, the prints (traces) of the cue and the hair shows the inclination and twist of the head as the crown is withdrawn. The out of phase on the application of the Sudarium was due that when the crown was withdrawn Jesus was already hanging dead, with his head reclined. The green arrows point out the cue traces. The yellow above, the hair falling in front the Body, and the low ones, the hair falling on his back.

If the coincidence is forced, straight line with the Shroud, the trace on the Sudarium of the combing cue Jesus wore when crucified, the Sudarium projects out of the vertical, inoperable in taking off the crown; furthermore, by the out of phase in which he was placed to string him to the thorns.
